Joshua Jefferson began as our lead pastor on August 1, 2017. Before this, he served in youth ministry for six years, and worked alongside people with intellectual disabilities for ten years. Joshua and his wife Monica both grew up in Schwenksville PA, but somehow didn’t meet each other until college! They both graduated from Temple University with their Bachelor’s in Social Work, and both continued to Biblical Theological Seminary, where Joshua graduated with his Master’s in Ministry, and Monica graduated with her Master’s in Counseling. Joshua enjoys loose leaf tea, folk music, and art therapy. Monica enjoys running, reading, and exploring new places. Together they have four children.
